Mechanism of Action

CHONDRO-Cell™ are cartilage cell-based cell replacement products developed by Genkord.

As it is known, when cartilage defects occur after articular cartilage injuries, it is not possible for the cartilages to be repaired spontaneously due to lack of blood circulation. For this reason, defect repair with chondrocyte transplantation to the defect site with the Cell to Cell repair principle is recommended as an alternative treatment method in all areas with cartilage defects.

Application Method

  • Intra-articular
  • Can be injected into local (muscle-tendon-ligament) tissue.

It is recommended to use it in combination with cordblasts in cartilage tears and defects, tendon adhesion areas (mineralized zone).
